Privacy Policy

This policy covers xcountry.ai, XCNTRY's marketing site. It does not cover the Agent City runtime itself — data handling for an active design-partner deployment is governed by that partner's signed agreement and our Data Processing terms.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. We collect no personal data through your act of browsing it.

The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us — typically an email to info@projera.com, whether sent directly or via a "Request Briefing" link. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp) for security and reliability, in the ordinary course of running the site.

We use what you send us to reply to your inquiry, evaluate a design-partner request, and keep the site secure and available. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.

We do not sell personal data. We may share it with service providers who host or operate this site on our behalf, bound to protect it, or disclose it where required by law.

We keep correspondence for as long as it's relevant to an active inquiry or business relationship, or as long as the law requires, whichever is longer.
