XCNTRY — Agentic Organization OS
Evidence Entity

Selection Evidence.

Selection Evidence is the decision-grade evidence XCNTRY uses to compare agent generations, recommend task-share changes and support lifecycle decisions under human governance.

Definition

Not every trace can decide who deserves the work.

Logs, traces, eval scores and human review notes can all contribute to evidence, but none of them automatically become Selection Evidence. In XCNTRY, evidence becomes selection-grade only when it is strong enough to support allocation or lifecycle recommendations inside a defined operating context.

Difficulty control

The comparison must account for whether one generation received easier tasks, cleaner data or a more forgiving operating situation.

Attribution control

The system must separate model, genome, memory, tool, data, authority, orchestration and environmental causes before recommending a lifecycle action.

Context control

The claim must be scoped to a Context Cell: purpose, capability, task family, situation, authority, resources and evidence window.

Confounder control

Performance differences are checked against hidden support, latency, cost, sample composition, policy constraints and external conditions.

Evidence Pipeline

How telemetry becomes a recommendation input.

Selection Evidence is produced when raw observations pass through correlation, context, attribution and trust gates. The result is not an automatic action; it is a structured recommendation that still respects human governance and policy boundaries.

Boundaries

What should not be called Selection Evidence.

The phrase is deliberately strict. It protects the organization from treating convenient data as proof and from rewarding agents before the evidence can carry the weight of a decision.

Not enough

A benchmark score

Selection-grade

A context-bound comparison with task difficulty and transfer limits stated

Not enough

A trace or log

Selection-grade

A correlated evidence record with source, action, outcome and attribution context

Not enough

Positive human feedback

Selection-grade

A review signal combined with outcome, risk, cost and policy evidence

Not enough

A cost or latency win

Selection-grade

A fitness claim balanced against quality, risk, human attention and business value
