Capability 4.0 Entity

Purpose Realization Kernel.

The Purpose Realization Kernel is the computable semantic and reasoning core that turns human purpose into capability requirements, bearer qualification, authority boundaries and evidence conditions.

Definition

Purpose becomes executable only after it becomes explicit.

The Kernel translates value direction and purpose into a governed enterprise contract. It identifies the capability network required, which bearers can carry it, what realization conditions must hold, which authority boundaries apply and what evidence will prove that the purpose was realized.

Distinctions

PRK is not a static taxonomy or a graph database.

Capability 4.0 distinguishes the Purpose Realization Network from the Purpose Realization Kernel. The network is the business and meaning architecture. The Kernel is the computable reasoning core. Graph technology can implement part of this, but it is not the doctrine.

Not merely

Static capability map

Kernel means

Purpose-relative reasoning over capability, bearer, situation, authority and evidence

Not merely

One permanent hierarchy

Kernel means

Generated views from a governed multi-relational network

Not merely

Graph technology

Kernel means

A semantic core that may use graph infrastructure without being reduced to it

Not merely

Workflow trigger

Kernel means

A pre-execution contract that defines what should become possible before work starts

Preflight

Before activation, the Kernel asks whether realization is possible.

A capability can exist and still fail to realize value. The Kernel therefore treats realization conditions as governance objects rather than background assumptions.
